1 TBSP dry yeast
1 TBSP sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP rosemary
1 TBSP butter
1/4 tsp sea salt
Place yeast, sugar and water in large bowl and allow mixture to become bubbly.
Mix in 1 TBSP butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour
Add one T of fresh chopped rosemary
Knead for about 10 minutes by hand
oil a bowl, put dough in and cover with a towel
Let rise in a warm place for one hour until doubled.
Punch down dough and divide in half
spray baking pan with spray
Shape dough into 2 small rounded loaves
Sprinkle with remaining 1 T rosemary over the loaves
cover and let rise until double (45 minutes)
Pre heat oven to 375
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned
Remove fro oven and brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with salt.
